Requirements
- 7-10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience owning production services at scale in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in backend development, services, and APIs.
- Experience designing for scalability, reliability, and observability in cloud environments.
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with service-oriented architectures.
- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience with data modeling for complex domains.
- Bias for clean, maintainable code and testing.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation, execution, and maintenance of one or more entire services or functional areas.
- Design, build, and operate services and APIs for contacts, companies, data syncing, and search.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape requirements and deliver incremental value.
- Contribute to data model and storage strategies.
- Improve platform resilience with observability and fault-tolerant patterns.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical services.
- Collaborate with adjacent squads on architecture and shared components.
