Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production systems as a full-stack engineer
- Strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
- Strong frontend skills with React
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and consistency models
- Proven experience building stateful, event-driven systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS in production (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, etc.)
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally AWS SAM and CloudFormation
- Strong PostgreSQL skills including schema design and performance tuning
- Strong grasp of observability, monitoring, and incident response
- Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Design and ship full-stack features across payments, document workflows, and agent orchestration
- Build and maintain stateful systems that demand idempotency, auditability, and safe retry logic
- Own AWS infrastructure including architecture decisions and serverless systems
- Manage Infrastructure as Code using SAM and CloudFormation
- Work with PostgreSQL-backed services and event-driven components
- Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development and experimentation
- Own features end-to-end from product shaping to post-release accountability
