Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Master’s or MBA preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in banking or capital markets
- Solar industry and structured finance experience strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Excel financial models to support Tax Equity and Debt capital funding
- Lead the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes with external stakeholders
- Prepare reporting for Palmetto Finance stakeholders and partner with tech teams on automation
- Enhance existing processes and workflows for improved efficiency
- Liaise with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and external partners
