Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, corporate finance, or structured finance
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
- Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases
- Evaluate key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks
- Coordinate closely with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are aligned
- Update and prepare a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies
- Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting
