Requirements
- 5–8 years of software or application engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python; Java experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs like Gemini or OpenAI.
- Solid understanding of agentic design patterns and RAG.
- Experience with GCP services: Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub.
- Familiarity with REST API design, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and federal AI governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Google Cloud Professional certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-enabled application systems on GCP using Google ADK and Gemini Pro.
- Design human-in-the-loop agentic systems defining orchestration patterns and guardrails.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise Java and Python applications.
- Lead application-layer design decisions including data flow and session handling.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Cloud Architects to ensure reliable AI solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews and define coding standards for AI-integrated applications.
- Evaluate AI use cases for feasibility and mission fit.
- Contribute to responsible AI practices including explainability and auditability.
