Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience owning systems end-to-end.
- Proven track record in building cross-functional business systems, not isolated tools.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of modern AI models.
- Experience shipping AI into production workflows.
- Fluency in APIs and data structures.
- Ability to go from whiteboard concept to live, production workflow.
- Strong business judgment and experience consulting with senior leaders.
- Proficiency in system design and architecture.
- Light scripting skills (Python/JavaScript) are a plus.
- Experience with CRMs and data platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage opportunities for automation and intelligence across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance.
- Map business processes and eliminate manual effort with AI solutions.
- Proactively translate ambiguous business needs into structured, end-to-end system designs.
- Design and execute AI-powered workflows using modern automation tools and APIs.
- Apply AI for decision support, content generation, classification, and data enrichment.
- Integrate internal systems including CRMs, data platforms, and cloud tools.
- Take projects from conception to production ensuring reliability and business relevance.
