Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect

Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap.
Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
Lead solution architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
Design, develop, configure, and support complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, workflows, business rules, and catalog items.
Configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Employee Center, and Workspaces.
Implement HAM and SAM solutions and design discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
Implement SPM capabilities for demand, project, portfolio, resource, agile, and financial management, and create executive dashboards and reporting.
Architect ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Implement HR case management, employee lifecycle events, and self-service experiences while ensuring privacy and security compliance.
Mentor developers and administrators, and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.
