Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology or software sales, preferably in the multifamily housing industry.
- Proven success in enterprise technology or software sales (SaaS, PaaS, etc.) with measurable results.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience developing and executing regional or departmental sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, engagement, and acquisition of prospective customers within the region.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that address customer challenges and align with company objectives.
- Negotiate complex agreements and partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
- Mentor and guide sales team members, providing direction on account management, strategy, and business development.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless client experience and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform regional sales strategies.
