Requirements
- 5+ years experience in the games industry
- At least 2 years working with larger teams in a cross-functional feature production capacity
- Expert with Jira (Jira Plans experience a plus)
- Expert with Confluence
- Expert with the Google suite
- Expert project management skills: resource management, time management
- Warm and supportive verbal/written communication skills, even under pressure
- Proficient at multitasking and managing competing priorities
- Effectively communicate risks and obstacles to both team members and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of high level initiatives and work with all departments to complete goals.
- Own and maintain the UI roadmap and the UI backlog, ensuring progress or changes are communicated across various channels.
- Conduct milestone planning, task and bug prioritizations.
- Work with other Producers to plan and schedule work across teams.
- Create estimated tasks and follow work through its lifecycle.
- Manage change requests and negotiate compromises.
- Lead feature review meetings, weekly team syncs, and stakeholder syncs.
- Improve team processes and feature pipeline workflows.
- Proactively identify production problems and propose solutions.
- Playtest with the studio and UI team to iterate based on feedback.
