Requirements
- Backend depth with experience building and owning production systems, APIs, and data models.
- Experience across the full-stack, specifically React and TypeScript.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end, moving from discovery to iteration.
- Experience building in constrained environments or startups with ambiguity.
- Experience engaging directly with customers to influence product direction.
- Pragmatic approach to shipping MVPs and balancing speed with technical quality.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering principles.
Responsibilities
- Build the systems that turn raw restaurant data into real-time insight.
- Develop embedded analytics that surface the right insight at the right moment inside the product.
- Ship enhancements to our forecasting engine to make predictions more accurate.
- Extend the Insights platform with new capabilities across cost management and business performance.
- Help build a self-serve analytics layer that lets operators explore their own data.
- Work on our customer feedback module including sentiment analysis.
- Work closely with peers in Product, Design and Engineering to ship quickly.
