Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling, architecting, or implementing modern Quote-to-Cash or billing solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Subscription Management) or equivalent enterprise platforms (e.g., Conga, Oracle CPQ, Zuora).
  • 2+ years of Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering experience.
  • Deep Knowledge of Salesforce Core including Sales Cloud (Pipeline Management, Forecasting).
  • Familiarity with Agentforce or Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform.
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical/business field.
  • Hands-on architectural knowledge of product catalogs, pricing engines, and API-led integration best practices.
  • Understanding of usage-based billing, evergreen subscriptions, and consumption structures.
  • Ability to build bespoke demos for customers.
  • Strong customer-facing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Revenue Cloud/Billing & AI Sales within the Solutions Engineering practice.
  • Develop strategies, mentor team members, and establish best-in-class pre-sales processes.
  • Drive go-to-market efforts for Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce autonomous AI.
  • Lead deep-dive pre-sales discovery sessions and deliver compelling, value-driven demonstrations.
  • Develop and deliver highly technical proposals, solution architectures, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Act as a technical liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams.
  • Provide real-world field feedback regarding product features to Salesforce product managers.
