Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or Solution Architecture roles
  • Strong experience working with APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and SaaS or cloud-based integrations
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions and communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Experience with implementation methodologies, onboarding processes, and enterprise solution delivery
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and integration environments
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand business requirements, workflows, integration needs, and technical constraints
  • Design and recommend scalable solution architectures aligned with platform best practices and customer goals
  • Support customers throughout onboarding, implementation, validation, optimization, and production launch phases
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance during configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and blockers across customer implementations
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, feature gaps, and technical escalations
  • Contribute to Statement of Work creation, effort estimation, and delivery planning activities
  • Maintain clear documentation, implementation notes, and project status updates across engagements
  • Develop reusable assets such as templates, playbooks, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes
