Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands-on technical consulting, solution architecture, or project management role.
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering Salesforce projects in client-facing environments.
  • Proven expertise implementing Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions at an enterprise level.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and declarative configuration capabilities.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation and implementation plans.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and web services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including code management, deployment processes, and project governance.
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations involving integrations and custom development.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or related credentials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business process discovery sessions to identify customer requirements, operational challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Design scalable Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions that align with business objectives while leveraging platform best practices.
  • Translate functional and business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
  • Configure and oversee the deployment of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and user adoption.
  • Manage customer communications throughout project lifecycles, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive user experience excellence by incorporating best-practice design principles into every phase of solution delivery.
  • Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and supporting documentation to ensure successful adoption.
  • Oversee project execution, including planning, delivery, risk management, and successful completion of assigned initiatives.
  • Lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and technical leadership.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions with customer service and field operations leaders to develop long-term transformation roadmaps.
