Ability to document requirements for technical resources
Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services
Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects (Field Service and Sales Cloud)
Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and multi-environment management
Integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs
Professional experience owning the end-to-end SDLC
Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud)
Expert-level experience in Service Cloud declarative configuration
One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Platform Developer, App Builder)

Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices
Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions
Develop technical requirements and specifications for the technical delivery team
Drive best practice UX design into solution delivery
Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications
Deliver customer end user training and documentation
Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of assigned projects
Lead vision and strategy discussions with leadership
Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative solutions
