Requirements
- 8+ years of professional services experience
- Experience implementing, configuring, and leading Salesforce optimization projects
- Experience providing Salesforce managed services
- Expertise in planning, process flow discovery, functional/technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design
- Experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CPQ+
- Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA)
Responsibilities
- Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations, taking a hands-on role in the process
- Act as the primary driver of the project, leading the team while completing configuration tasks
- Take ownership of the technical aspects of the project, ensuring successful implementation
- Guide customers through the change management process
- Maintain accountability for delivery quality and oversee junior team members
- Oversee scheduling of configuration, testing, and go-live preparation
- Perform business analysis to design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Assist in preparing baseline SOWs or change orders
- Develop and implement firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions
