  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with enablement and CRM tools like Salesforce, Seismic, Highspot, and Gong.
  • Established track record of implementing programs that measurably improved sales metrics.
  • Experience developing sales coaching frameworks for managers.
  • Analytical skills to identify productivity gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement structured onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Drive strategic alignment by partnering with marketing, supply chain, and sales leadership.
  • Create a unified approach to enablement addressing regional and segment-specific needs.
  • Optimize sales processes, playbooks, and tools like Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
  • Define and track key productivity metrics such as ramp time and quota attainment.
  • Lead and coach a global enablement team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales coaching frameworks for frontline managers.
  • Ensure sales teams are armed with consistent messaging aligned with product marketing.
