- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with complex enterprise-level products, preferably eCommerce.
- Expertise in KPI-driven product development and client-facing dashboards.
- Experience working with Data Science/Engineering on analytics infrastructure.
- Understanding of metrics, experimentation, and product iteration.
- Experience as a PM working on AI-powered products or workflows.
- Experience with the full product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in PM workflows.
- Ability to work with vendors and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools.
- Experience collaborating with large clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-term vision for client-facing impact dashboard surfacing platform value.
- Define and deliver KPI-driven dashboards demonstrating business outcomes.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Client Success on data models and pipelines.
- Translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable visualizations.
- Establish success metrics for dashboard adoption and client outcomes.
- Synthesize qualitative inputs using AI tools to inform product strategy.
- Lead end-to-end product development from PRDs to launch and QA.
- Leverage AI tools to prototype workflows and accelerate documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient business processes.
- Track development progress and manage product release cycles.
