Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, or business operations roles.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building and managing complex models.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial or pricing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and exposure to B2B or B2B2C environments is a plus.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth settings with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Develop expertise in pricing models and commercial levers influencing deal success across employer and enterprise markets.
Support Sales and Customer Success teams by structuring quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations for new and renewing clients.
Translate complex pricing frameworks into simple, actionable deal structures and sales-ready materials.
Analyze deal performance, pricing trends, and financial models to inform go-to-market strategy and decision-making.
Recommend and support improvements to quote-to-cash processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategy, deal execution, and operational workflows.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and pricing analytics to support leadership decision-making.
