Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in user research, UX research, or service design roles.
- Proven ability to define research strategy across complex, multi-workstream digital products or services.
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods across the product lifecycle.
- Experience working with sensitive, regulated, or high-trust data environments.
- Ability to synthesize research into clear, actionable insights that influence product, policy, and design decisions.
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile, or client-facing environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience mentoring researchers and contributing to research practice development at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define end-to-end user research strategy across multiple workstreams.
- Plan and execute mixed-method research (qualitative and quantitative), including interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry.
- Recruit and engage participants in environments involving sensitive, regulated, or privacy-constrained data contexts.
- Translate research insights into actionable findings, hypotheses, and design recommendations.
- Communicate research outcomes clearly through presentations, documentation, and storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and client stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide other researchers, helping raise the overall research quality and maturity across teams.
