Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in a SaaS or technology environment with a strong focus on frontend development
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools such as Webpack or equivalent bundlers
- Experience designing and maintaining shared frontend platforms, component libraries, or cross-team frameworks
- Solid understanding of package ecosystems, including versioning, dependency management, and migration strategies
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and frontend automation workflows
- Strong debugging skills across complex frontend systems including build pipelines, runtime issues, and distributed UI behavior
- Proven ability to contribute to large-scale frontend migrations or architectural transitions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple engineering and product teams
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain shared frontend infrastructure, including reusable React-based packages and application scaffolding used across multiple teams
- Develop and evolve frontend platform services such as real-time data delivery systems, build tooling, and performance-optimized architecture patterns
- Improve developer experience by creating and maintaining internal tooling, CI/CD workflows, and observability systems for frontend applications
- Lead and support large-scale migrations and upgrades across shared libraries, dependencies, and frontend frameworks
- Collaborate with product engineers, design systems teams, and infrastructure groups to ensure scalable and consistent frontend standards
- Participate in operational excellence activities including monitoring, incident response, debugging, and reliability improvements
