Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience at a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Webpack (or comparable build tooling).
- Experience designing and maintaining shared frontend platforms, libraries, and infrastructure.
- Experience with package ecosystems (versioning, upgrades, migrations, compatibility).
- Experience building systems to keep frontend dependencies up to date.
- Ability to partner with product engineering teams on architecture, performance, and maintainability.
- Strong debugging skills with experience diagnosing cross-app issues.
- Experience supporting large-scale migrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and automation.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain services and frameworks that product teams depend on.
- Build real-time server-to-client data infrastructure.
- Optimize package performance and design new platform capabilities.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate needs into platform solutions.
- Ensure reliability and performance through monitoring, testing, and incident response.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support business-critical systems.
