Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong background in ERP solution architecture, integration patterns, and Azure deployment.
- Experience in customer-facing consulting roles.
- Deep functional knowledge of supply chain and finance processes (procurement, inventory, warehouse management, production planning, logistics).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS, RSAT, and Success by Design frameworks.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and advisory of end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Facilitate customer workshops and technical readiness sessions for process optimization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers resolving technical blockers and guiding go-live readiness.
- Drive business value realization by aligning solution architecture with cloud consumption goals.
- Identify expansion opportunities across Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, integration, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to internal IP development and best practices.
