Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience with Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX as an implementation functional lead.
- Minimum 4 full lifecycle (Analysis through Deployment) Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Distribution WMS implementations.
- Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Supply Chain, Production, or Finance (or attainment within 90 days).
- Strong industry experience within Manufacturing and/or Distribution.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation meets customer expectations.
- Lead project teams in defining functional requirements, solution design, and gap analysis.
- Facilitate Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, upgrades, and support.
- Oversee design, configuration, and testing of core ERP modules.
- Manage client communication and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Develop and execute system cutover plans, ALM plans, and user training.
- Monitor project milestones, risk escalations, and deliverable timelines.
- Mentor team members to support knowledge transfer and career growth.
