Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, enterprise SaaS GTM, or retail/grocery industry roles with strong cross-functional exposure and proven business impact.
- Experience building operating cadences and governance frameworks in complex, multi-region, and cross-functional environments.
- Strong background in international market strategy, including new market entry, regulatory awareness, and working with distributed global teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and deliver clarity in fast-changing environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives for senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and long-term plans.
- Deep retailer empathy and understanding of commercial drivers in grocery and/or enterprise retail ecosystems.
- Inspirational leadership experience, with a track record of building high-performing and engaged teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the international retailer go-to-market strategy, including vision, commercialization approach, and expansion planning across multiple enterprise solutions in new global markets.
- Oversee the international strategy and planning pillar, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, corporate development, legal, finance, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Own long-range planning for international commercial growth, setting priorities, targets, and frameworks that guide strategic investment and execution.
- Build and scale international commercial enablement tools such as ROI models, GTM materials, and competitive intelligence to support sales and partnership efforts.
- Support strategic partnerships by identifying opportunities to accelerate market entry and strengthen platform adoption across regions.
- Develop executive-level communications and presentations that clearly articulate strategy, progress, and performance to internal leadership and external partners.
