Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Experience working in Claude Design and any Agentic Workflow (e.g., BMAD).
- Proven track record leading UI Design teams on large client engagements.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-platform design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Figma Make, and Claude Design.
- Deep knowledge of design systems creation, governance, and implementation.
- Ability to build and sustain senior client relationships.
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Set and uphold UI design quality standards across all client engagements.
- Lead and contribute to screen designs, prototypes, and design systems.
- Define and govern design system standards including token naming and component architecture.
- Establish design frameworks and visual consistency practices.
- Drive design critique culture and feedback loops.
- Champion integration of agentic design workflows and AI-powered tooling.
- Act as a senior design voice in client relationships and lead stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams.
- Define and evolve the UI and experience design practice.
- Support business development through proposals and pitches.
