Requirements

  • 10+ years of consumer product experience with a track record of driving engagement and growth.
  • Strategic ownership at the director level with experience managing multi-quarter direction.
  • Experience setting strategy for products with tens of millions of users.
  • Versatility in systems thinking, UX detail, and quantitative experimentation.
  • Depth in activation, growth, or consumer engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with funnels, cohorts, and metrics-driven prioritization.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership skills with Engineering and Design partners.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for research, spec drafting, and prototyping.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • Deep empathy for consumer/family user problems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the engagement strategy and roadmap across connection, coordination, and safety surfaces.
  • Drive engagement growth through increased frequency and multi-circle participation.
  • Define the engagement metric framework and measure outcomes.
  • Partner with Growth teams to convert acquisition into durable engagement.
  • Influence across product teams that depend on engagement infrastructure.
  • Lead experimentation at multiple scales.
  • Ship the whole member experience end-to-end.
  • Operate as an AI-native PM to accelerate the product lifecycle.
