Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, strategic account management, or full-cycle enterprise sales
- Proven success selling into SLED (State, Local, Education) organizations
- Strong background in cybersecurity, IAM, or identity security solutions
- Experience managing revenue quotas tied to renewals, upsells, and account expansion
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, directories, identity architecture, access management)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving ability
- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic SLED accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and cybersecurity stakeholders
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain structured engagement cadences with key accounts
- Advise clients on cybersecurity best practices, especially around identity and access protection
- Negotiate contracts and navigate complex public sector procurement processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and ensure successful outcomes
- Act as a product expert in customer meetings, webinars, and strategic sales discussions
- Support customer advocacy initiatives including references, referrals, and case studies
