Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or trading-related client coverage roles.
  • Strong background in regulated financial markets, including CME-listed products, derivatives, or FCM ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in digital assets, crypto trading platforms, or Web3 institutional sales environments (3+ years preferred).
  • Existing active network across institutional investors such as hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, and brokers.
  • Familiarity with prediction markets, event-driven derivatives, or tokenized real-world assets is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of US regulatory frameworks (CFTC, NFA, SEC-related considerations).
  • Proven track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and institutional relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial and derivatives concepts for senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving market environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead institutional sales efforts across prediction markets, event contracts, and regulated digital asset derivatives in the US market.
  • Build and manage relationships with hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, family offices, FCMs, and clearing counterparties.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Drive adoption of exchange and derivatives products, including CME-linked strategies and crypto-native trading solutions.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in tokenized real-world assets in partnership with product teams.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product stakeholders to structure compliant and competitive offerings.
  • Represent the organization at major industry events and conferences to expand market presence and pipeline.
  • Provide continuous market intelligence and client feedback to inform product and strategic development.
