- Mandatory attendance history at Solana conferences (e.g., Breakpoint, Hacker Houses).
- 3+ years of professional Web3 sales experience.
- Track record of closing deals with actual protocols.
- Experience selling dev tools or security products is a plus.
- Ability to read GitHub READMEs to identify auditing needs.
- Understanding of Solana DeFi protocols and their monetization.
- Proven ability to navigate from cold contact to signed contract.
Responsibilities
- Scan Solana Twitter, Discord, and GitHub for protocols launching or raising funds.
- Track TVL growth and protocol upgrades that require security reviews.
- Identify and contact protocol founders for audit service sales.
- Negotiate deal scopes, timelines, and pricing.
- Launch and sell new security tools to developers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Attend major Solana conferences to turn conversations into closed deals.
- Network with Solana Foundation and Superteam leaders.
