  • Track record of closing deals with actual protocols.
  • Experience selling dev tools or security products is a plus.
  • Ability to read GitHub READMEs to identify auditing needs.
  • Understanding of Solana DeFi protocols and their monetization.
  • Proven ability to navigate from cold contact to signed contract.

Responsibilities

  • Scan Solana Twitter, Discord, and GitHub for protocols launching or raising funds.
  • Track TVL growth and protocol upgrades that require security reviews.
  • Identify and contact protocol founders for audit service sales.
  • Negotiate deal scopes, timelines, and pricing.
  • Launch and sell new security tools to developers.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Attend major Solana conferences to turn conversations into closed deals.
  • Network with Solana Foundation and Superteam leaders.
