- 8+ years of total experience, including 4+ years in B2B product marketing
- Experience in SaaS, data, geospatial, weather, or adjacent technical industries preferred
- Strong ability to build positioning frameworks and messaging architectures
- Proven experience in competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis
- Track record of producing high-impact sales enablement materials used by field teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats and audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to guide marketing decisions
- Practical experience using AI tools for research, content creation, and workflow optimization
- Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed product, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong understanding of go-to-market execution and product launch processes
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks across the product portfolio
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear, buyer-focused value propositions
- Own competitive intelligence as an ongoing discipline, tracking market and competitor movements
- Synthesize competitive insights into actionable sales enablement materials and briefs
- Build and maintain sales tools including battle cards, solution briefs, and pitch narratives
- Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps and improve field effectiveness
- Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution across cross-functional teams
- Ensure sales and support teams are fully trained and enabled ahead of new releases
- Contribute to thought leadership content including white papers, bylines, and messaging campaigns
- Support broader marketing initiatives with positioning, copy, and narrative development
