Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Experience working with reseller, distributor, or service partner ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating partner-facing content.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce and reporting platforms like Looker or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies and campaigns with resellers and service partners to drive pipeline, awareness, and partner engagement.
- Build and manage joint marketing plans, ensuring alignment with regional and global go-to-market priorities.
- Collaborate with sales, partner, and field marketing teams to activate co-marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
- Create and deploy co-branded content and partner-ready marketing assets to support demand generation efforts.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future programs and improve ROI.
- Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance visibility.
- Coordinate day-to-day execution with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of partner marketing processes, tools, and execution frameworks.
