Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with significant agency experience.
  • Strong background in marketing to enterprise buyers.
  • Proven experience in martech, marketing technology, or marketing-adjacent SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles, multi-threaded deals, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Hands-on expertise in outbound marketing, paid social (LinkedIn), paid search, and content syndication.
  • Proven track record of driving enterprise pipeline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across outbound, paid media, social, and content syndication to drive qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Build and optimize outbound campaigns in partnership with sales teams, ensuring strong alignment with target accounts and buyer personas.
  • Own paid acquisition strategy, including LinkedIn, paid search, and experimental channels, focusing on measurable pipeline impact.
  • Develop and scale an organic social and executive thought leadership strategy from the ground up.
  • Lead content distribution and amplification efforts to maximize reach and engagement across all marketing assets.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to shape messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy based on market insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue influence.
  • Act as the voice of the market, bringing customer and industry insights back into product, content, and sales strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution across all demand generation initiatives.
