Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience in health/nutrition/fitness/life coaching.
- Active license in US (preferred).
- Health Coaching or Health Educator certifications (preferred).
- Skilled in motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies and data integration.
- Experience in high-growth or rapidly changing environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional telephone and video skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP members.
- Onboard new members and conduct Welcome Visits.
- Deliver remote coaching via apps, video conferencing, and internal systems.
- Monitor and review member health data daily including metrics, labs, and adherence.
- Collaborate with clinical care teams, including nurses, NPs, and PAs.
- Escalate issues to SLT, engineering, or product teams as needed.
