Requirements
- Several years of direct client experience as a Financial Planner, Advisor, or Personal Financial Consultant.
- Expertise in budgeting, cash flow, debt reduction, retirement planning, education savings, and risk management.
- CFP certification preferred, or ChFC or other credentials with substantial experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong professional ethics and compliance mindset.
- Experience with standardized planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze realistic financial planning scenarios including budgets, emergency funds, debt repayment, and retirement planning.
- Assess AI-generated recommendations for appropriateness and clarity for mass-affluent households.
- Lead simulated advisory conversations including goal priorities and trade-offs.
- Communicate actionable guidelines and rules of thumb used with real clients.
- Provide written feedback to improve AI-generated explanations.
- Identify compliance and risk factors and determine when to refer to specialists.
