Requirements
- 5+ years of federal IT financial management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of shared cost models.
- Experience with financial data calls.
- Experience with obligations, accruals, and commitments.
- Experience with financial workflow systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Capable of handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-fiscal year spend planning.
- Produce Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics.
- Ensure timely updates to the Financial Database and related reporting.
- Coordinate with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking.
- Support the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities.
