Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, and/or a banking compliance, risk, or operations certification.
- At least four years of targeted education or related work experience.
- Familiarity with loan compliance requirements and/or loan operations.
- Demonstrated effective research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally.
- Ability to autonomously self-manage multiple projects.
- High attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Self-initiated planning, prioritizing, and execution skills.
- Flexibility to work remotely.
- Ability to travel locally and overnight as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Perform Loan Compliance Risk Reviews and Loan Operations Internal Audits.
- Work with clients in scoping and planning Loan Compliance or Operations engagements.
- Communicate with clients and team members to utilize resources and achieve objectives.
- Determine root causes of exceptions and make recommendations to improve operational processes or compliance performance.
- Maintain cutting-edge awareness of operational issues, regulatory compliance, and industry trends.
- Develop and provide training on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
