Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of pipeline results in ABM or enterprise account programs.
  • Strategic thinker capable of hands-on execution.
  • Experience reviewing call recordings and extracting insights.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platform.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fully remote-ready with a self-directed working style.
  • Experience in financial services or data-driven B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tiered ABM programs (1:few and 1:1) targeting 50–100 priority financial services accounts.
  • Build quarterly campaign plans driven by intent signals and account data from HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Define success metrics and develop campaigns-in-a-box for sales handoff.
  • Brief and guide the creation of landing pages, email sequences, and webinars.
  • Configure segments and workflows.
  • Build dashboards to track ABM engagement, meetings booked, and pipeline influence.
  • Deliver clear reporting on program ROI.
  • Develop pitch decks and email sequences using Gong insights.
  • Support customer marketing for at-risk and expansion accounts.
