Requirements
- 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong GDS proficiency, ideally Sabre
- Comfortable with fare rules, complex routing, and ticketing
- Data-driven approach using metrics to spot trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Composure under pressure
- Ability to coach with clarity
- Experience with workflow/CRM platforms (nice to have)
- Background in luxury hospitality brands (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Manage 3-4 Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing, Trip Fulfillment, and Quality Assurance
- Coach Team Leads daily with direct, specific feedback
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Direct client-facing operations during shifts with real-time decision-making
- Allocate resources, manage escalations, and resolve complex issues
- Ensure 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy
- Handle VIP clients and complex situations requiring senior judgment
- Submit at least 2 documented process improvements per month
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale systems
