Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, lead research, prospecting, or database building
  • Experience building B2B prospect lists from scratch for service-based businesses
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong internet research and data mining skills
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and source verified contact information
  • Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining lead databases
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build lead lists from scratch by researching target industries, companies, and ideal client profiles
  • Conduct lead mining through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, databases, and other prospecting platforms
  • Identify and gather accurate contact information for key decision-makers
  • Organize, clean, verify, and maintain lead databases to ensure data accuracy
  • Segment and categorize leads based on industry, company size, location, and campaign requirements
  • Perform data validation and contact verification
  • Maintain tracking of lead generation progress and sourcing activity
  • Research target markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and database-building targets
