Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, lead research, prospecting, or database building
- Experience building B2B prospect lists from scratch for service-based businesses
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong internet research and data mining skills
- Ability to identify decision-makers and source verified contact information
- Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining lead databases
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build lead lists from scratch by researching target industries, companies, and ideal client profiles
- Conduct lead mining through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, databases, and other prospecting platforms
- Identify and gather accurate contact information for key decision-makers
- Organize, clean, verify, and maintain lead databases to ensure data accuracy
- Segment and categorize leads based on industry, company size, location, and campaign requirements
- Perform data validation and contact verification
- Maintain tracking of lead generation progress and sourcing activity
- Research target markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and database-building targets
