- 3 - 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
- Impeccable verbal and written English skills.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space and a reliable, high speed internet connection.
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional self-motivation with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and coordination between Sales Reps on monitoring orders, updates, and status.
- Assist Sales Reps on creating quotes for client, requesting quotes from vendors, and placing orders.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, modify, and notify concerned departments of any problems that impede an order's prompt and effective processing.
- Constantly liaise with vendors, sales reps, management and purchasing teams on any issues concerning orders and stock availability.
- Collate and generate daily summary of sales and backorder reports for Sales Management and Directors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales operations, data privacy, and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the sales organization, and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance productivity and performance.
