Requirements
- 3+ years of fundraising experience.
- Demonstrated history of raising funds from large institutional donors, CSR, and HNIs.
- Sound experience in managing and nurturing donor relationships.
- Robust network within global and Indian donor communities.
- Excellent proposal writing skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Strong sense of ownership and results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Actively scout for new donors and secure funds to meet fundraising goals.
- Own and nurture strong, long-term relationships with all funders.
- Create compelling and customized proposals tailored to specific funders.
- Prepare comprehensive individual project reports adhering to specifications.
- Conduct thorough online secondary research to understand funder interests.
- Work closely with internal teams and participate in project meetings.
