- Capable of managing highly confidential financial data
Responsibilities
- Independently command daily accounting operations including AP and AR
- Execute reconciliations ensuring accurate tracking
- Navigate client invoicing through Sage Intacct and Salesforce
- Prepare working papers and audit support documentation
- Ensure GAAP-compliant monthly financial reporting
- Maintain W9 compliance and refine accounting SOPs
