Requirements
- Experience with a Loan Origination System (LOS) or mortgage servicing platform.
- Familiarity with Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) Enterprise or Essentials.
- Experience in mortgage industry processes such as origination, underwriting, or closing.
- Exposure to workflow configuration, rules engines, or enterprise SaaS integrations.
- Experience contributing to SOW development, effort estimation, or requirements documentation.
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or automation concepts.
- Prior experience in nearshore or offshore delivery models supporting U.S.-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute configuration tasks within MCP across core platform setup, workflow, document/imaging, reporting, and integrations.
- Support onshore implementation consultants through the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), configuration documentation, and implementation estimates.
- Resolve support tickets and defects following triage and escalation protocols.
- Engage in asynchronous client-facing communications as directed.
- Maintain records in project tracking tools like ADO, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Adhere to configuration standards, naming conventions, and quality checklists.
- Collaborate with onshore team members via coordination touchpoints and async channels.
- Support internal automation and AI-assisted initiatives.
