Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy to support growth and market expansion.
- Manage capital allocation, funding requirements, and investment priorities.
- Provide financial visibility into cash flow, runway, and burn rate.
- Lead preparation for fundraising, debt facilities, and capital initiatives.
- Develop investor-ready financial reporting and due diligence materials.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership.
- Establish frameworks for financial and operational risk assessment.
- Lead and scale the finance and accounting function.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, tax strategy, and compliance.
- Maintain readiness for institutional investment or liquidity events.
