Requirements
- Strong background in financial and/or accounting roles
- Business degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting or finance
- Hands-on FP&A experience including budgets and forecasts
- Proven experience advising small business owners
- Ability to explain sources and uses of cash in plain English
- Ability to spot balance sheet and P&L trends
- High emotional intelligence
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Responsibilities
- Manage a roster of up to 30 small business clients
- Conduct client meetings three times per month
- Perform financial analysis and file preparation
- Create budgets and financial forecasts
- Advise business owners on financial reality and growth strategy
- Collaborate with internal HTM advisor teams
- Identify and solve balance sheet and P&L issues
