Requirements
- 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
- Experience in health tech, wellness, or consumer digital products.
- Proven ability to operate independently without heavy oversight.
- Strong command of agile delivery (sprint planning, story writing, backlog management).
- Excellent written communication and async collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with Linear, Figma, and Slack.
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and science stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of shipping on time.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Product to translate vision into a prioritized roadmap.
- Break down initiatives into epics, stories, and tasks in Linear.
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review ceremonies.
- Track delivery progress and flag risks to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Behavioral Science to ground product decisions in neuroscience methodology.
- Partner with UX to move designs from concept to implementation-ready.
- Coordinate with Engineering on technical scoping and QA sign-off.
- Define success metrics and monitor feature performance with Data Analytics.
- Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain Linear as the source of truth and facilitate Figma design reviews.
