Requirements
- Bachelors in biology/genomics or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of field sales experience in NGS or genomics-related products
- Experience in both account management and new business development
- Fluency in both German and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Must have a home office in Central or Northern Germany
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage high volume and large complex sales
- Ensure customers are satisfied and making rapid experimental progress
- Develop, maintain, and grow repeat business
- Prospect effectively to generate sales pipelines
- Negotiate and close deals while minimizing discounting
- Communicate technical advantages to customers
- Develop quarterly and yearly business plans
- Forecast projected sales in territory
- Manage sales funnel and track deals in CRM
