Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual craft
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Deep experience working with scalable design systems
- Proven ability to design AI-powered or conversational interfaces
- Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, layout, motion, and interaction design
- Familiarity with front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS) and design-to-development workflows
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Exposure to AI tools and modern design workflows
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and production delivery across multiple platforms.
- Translate complex user and business problems into clear, intuitive, and visually refined product experiences aligned with strategic objectives.
- Design AI-driven and conversational interfaces, defining interaction patterns, system responses, guardrails, and feedback states for trustworthy user experiences.
- Create detailed design artifacts such as user flows, prototypes, motion concepts, and UI systems that communicate design intent effectively.
- Conduct usability testing and apply data-driven insights to iterate and improve product performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers, ensuring feasibility, consistency, and alignment between design intent and technical implementation.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring scalability, consistency, and accessibility across all product surfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and actively support a culture of collaboration, feedback, and design excellence.
