Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a travel consultant with expertise in flights, rail, and hotels
- At least 3 years of experience with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Fluent German skills (mandatory)
- Very good English skills
- Experience in a contact center or customer-oriented position
- Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Ability to multitask and solve urgent issues independently
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier travel support via chat, phone, and email
- Maintain knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems
- Quickly assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences
- Accurately manage hotel, flight, rental car, and rail bookings
- Advise customers on self-service options on the Navan platform and app
- Respond quickly while meeting SLA requirements
- Maintain compliance with corporate and customer policies
- Provide feedback to stakeholders on progress and processes
- Participate in team meetings on products, suppliers, and industry news
- Stay informed on travel industry best practices
