Responsibilities
- Quality reviews work assignment tasks related to specific departmental workflows.
- Uses available tools to gather data and analyze trends or patterns affecting quality.
- Identifies areas of improvements and collaborates with leadership to streamline processes.
- Provides structured and timely recommendations to leadership.
- Provides direct individual coaching and feedback to team members.
- Develops and conducts targeted group coaching sessions.
- Assists with creation of training materials.
- Assesses new hires after training to determine readiness.
- Selects a quality sample and conducts timely QA reviews.
- Runs QA reports summarizing results.
